semi-sweet chocolate.

Cappuccino Moussecake

Thin Layer of dark chocolate cookie crust
topped with rich chocolate coffee flavored mouse,
combined with cappuccino nuggets.
Finished with a second layer of coffee flavored
whipped topping.

Amaretto Biscotti Torte

Cruchy biscotti crust, with two layers of rich
creamy amaretto mousse, and a layer of sponge cake
soaked in amaretto. Finished with biscotti chrunches and sliced
almounds.
